Our studio is still taking root, but our energy is already in full bloom. We're popping up across Louisville with local business partners, bringing the heat and the flow to our diverse community. Each event features a signature format that will be taught at our upcoming studio classes.

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and mat towel. Forgot yours? Don’t worry! We have mats and towels available for rent.

We provide all weights and equipment needed for every class.

Sneakers are not permitted. All classes are done barefoot. Grip or Pilates socks are welcome.

Yes. Every class takes place in our heated studio.

You can cancel or change a class up to 10 (ten) hours before it begins.
Less than 10 hours:
For class packages or limited series, the class will be forfeited.
Memberships are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee.
We do not offer refunds for late cancellations.

Yes. For safety, guests more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to join class.
